Kyiv “Sokil” won the championship of Ukraine in hockey for the 2022/2023 season.

The Kyiv team claimed the title by defeating "Kremenchuk" in the playoffs.

For the 14th time in the history and the second year in a row, the hockey club "Sokil" has emerged as the winner of the national championship of Ukraine. The final series for the 2022/23 season, like the entire unusual season, was played under sirens. 

"Sokil" is a Ukrainian hockey club with a storied history. It was founded based on the "Dynamo" team, and has been known as "Sokil Kyiv" since 1973."

“Sokil” remains the leading team, consistently winning championships and earning medals. It operates not only as a club, but also as a youth and junior Olympic reserve school, which fosters talented hockey players.

"Sokil” as before, continues to be the most successful team in the country, having won the Ukrainian hockey championship 14 times. We are immensely proud that our boys have the opportunity to continue playing hockey. Congratulations, we are thrilled to support you and witness your victories.
