Sunagro Ukraine team attended the Agrotrade Club 2020 conference in Odessa. The report of Pavlo Mamenko, Ph.D. in Biology and Chief Specialist of Plant Nutrition Physiology of the company, presented different aspects of ways to solve the problem of inefficient use of nitrogen fertilizers.
At the Agrotrade Club conference held on September 2-3, 2020 in Odessa, Pavlo Mamenko - the plant nutrition physiologist specialist of Sunagro Ukraine - raised the issue of environmental hazards of uncontrolled use of nitrogen fertilizers. According to the speaker, the unjustified use of agrochemicals creates an imbalance between the biogenic elements, leads to acidification and salinization of soils, violates the ecological balance of the natural environment and destroys the useful biome. Safe at first sight mineral fertilizers not only deplete non-renewable energy resources, which are used for their manufacture, but due to excessive greenhouse gas emissions are a catalyst for global warming.
Sunagro Ukraine was not standing aside from the global problem and take actively participance in the development of the latest innovative solutions that will help solve the problems of ineffective and environmentally unsafe nitrogen plants nutrition. At the conference guests were presented to the latest development of the company - a highly efficient, water-soluble, sulfur-free nitrogen fertilizer whith prolonged action SUNFERT INTENSE (N30S15). Due to the features of the composition and manufacturing technology fertilizer has a 20-30% lower nitrogen losses at surface application, and physiologically optimal ratio of nitrogen and sulfur makes this fertilizer one of the most biologically valuable for plant nutrition.
